Leadership Spotlight – Brendan Adinolfi, VP
What made you join RightClick? And what has made you stay?
I joined RightClick in the summer of 2013 after a personal introduction to President, David Goldshore. After meeting with David and coming in to meet the small team at the time, I just saw an opportunity to be part of something that was at the ground floor and really learn this staffing business. I have learned a great deal, and continue to. I am motivated to come to work for RightClick every day because of the opportunity that the future holds here. We have grown over the last 4 years, but we have a lot of growth to come in the future.
What are the three most important things you need to be successful in this industry?
There are a lot of characteristics that make up a successful sales person, but in the staffing industry 3 things stand out to me. You need to be confident in yourself and the service you are selling. You also need to be self-motivated and be able to push yourself every day to achieve certain goals. The third thing I would say is aggressive. You need to go out there and make it happen.
How do you balance your career and personal life?
I definitely would say that I have a “work hard, play hard” type of mentality. I take pride in my career, in helping grow RightClick’s business and trying to be the most successful that I can possibly be, but I like to enjoy myself. It’s important to me to always spend time with my friends and family at night and on the weekends. I also make it a point to find the time to play golf a couple times a week.
What advice to you have for future internal hires?
Take pride in the job that you choose to do. If you choose to come work with RightCick, be passionate about it and make sure that it shows in the work you do every day. There is a huge opportunity to be successful here and really learn this business, but it is up to you to develop that passion and want to be successful.
