Mark Peffer, President

After graduating from the University of Michigan, Mark went to work in the Management Consulting industry. During his 10+ years working for prestigious firms, Mark assisted numerous Fortune 500 companies on major strategic projects including package and custom software implementations, business process reengineering, and organizational change. He began his career in consulting as a software developer before moving into business analyst and project management roles.

Following the completion of his MBA from NYU in 2005, Mark fed his entrepreneurial spirit and started his own consulting company, Soho Partners, where he worked with a select few companies on large-scale organizational transformation initiatives.

Building on his extensive knowledge of the Consulting industry and what it takes to be a successful contractor in an expanding contingent workforce, Mark joined RightClick and used that insight to help launch the Consulting Division.

In addition to his work with the Consulting Division, Mark plays an important role in the development, training and retaining of the employees at RightClick, helping to create and instill the “Work Hard, Play Hard” culture that they are known for.

Mark brings an unparalleled sense of humor to the office each day and he keeps the company morale up by keeping the Kegerator fully-stocked. In his spare time, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife, Allison, and two girls, Devyn and Dani. Although passionate about technology, his true love is his Star Wars figurables collection.
